i have a Haier range hood. The lights are flickering. I heard it's a common problem.

Search for "Light" in the manual for your model. Be sure the bulb you have installed is the correct. Some models require a 'dimmable' bulb. If the bulb installed is not dimmable, flickering is likely on a 'low' setting.
